A delegation from the Space Propulsion Laboratory (SPLab) of Politecnico di Milano will participate in EUCASS 2025, the 11th European Conference for AeroSpace Sciences, taking place in Rome from 30 June to 4 July 2025.

Among the contributions presented by the group, Prof. Filippo Maggi, coordinator of the THREAD project, will deliver the presentation “Thermite-For-Demise (T4D): What Comes Next?”, providing an overview of the future developments of Thermite-for-Demise technologies.

In addition, Jacopo Domaschio, PhD candidate at Politecnico di Milano, will present “Thermite-For-Demise (T4D): Thermite Charge Shaping Advancements”, showcasing recent progress in the development and optimization of thermite-based solutions for spacecraft demise applications. The conference will provide an excellent opportunity to share SPLab’s latest research results and engage with the international aerospace community.
